New Telephone System

When phoning the practice you will be asked to choose from 2 options, 1 for emergencies, and 3 for general enquiries.

Please note if you choose number 1 and it is not an emergency you will be asked to ring back again and choose a different option.

If an emergency comes through while you are speaking with a member of staff you may be asked to hold or phone back.

To speak to a doctor

Patients who wish to speak to a doctor are requested to phone BEFORE 9.30am in the morning and will be asked to leave a contact telephone number and details of symptoms. The doctor will return the call. Only emergencies will be dealt with after this time.
